Caterpillar interview questions

2 back-to-back interviews (one-on-one). Both interviewers were very friendly and easily answered my questions. Questions on serving the customer, teamwork, etc. The interview was great, but process after receiving offer was terrible. Time between interview and offer was long, whereas time given to reply to offer was short. Internship offer was very vague. No phone number given, and no reply whatsoever from the company after I declined.

The company will pay for most expenses that occurred during your interview time. They even pay for gas and lodging. The interview consists of 3 1:1 interviews with fellow engineers or engineering managers. They last 1 hr. and consist of general behavioral questions. Prep yourself with all the information you know CAT and your resume. Atmosphere was really relaxed.
