Interview
So , basically it was an off-campus placement .Cisco conducts this ideathon where many college students can take part . There were 7 rounds in total . First round was a written test consisting of technical MCQs ,majorly based on networking . In second round, we were given a problem statement for which we had to create a video suggesting an innovative solution for the same . Third round was a written test consisting of behavioral questions. Fourth one again was a written technical based test. The last 3 rounds were interview rounds . First interview round was technical interview where I was mostly asked networking related questions and few os related too. Then I had my managerial round where the interviewer asked me situation based questions and behavioral questions. Last one was HR round where I was asked just one or two questions related to my project mentioned in my resume and then i was briefed about my salary details.
Overall , the whole process was very smooth and the interviewers were really kind. After few weeks , i got my results and boom! I got selected .
I think apart from technical knowledge , communication skills also play a huge role in getting selected and impressing the panel.
