Cisco came for internship role during my 3rd year
they conducted an OA all over india which has 2 coding questions and some multiple choice questions.
after the OA round they conducted two interviews on the same day one is
technical round and another is HR round
they are not interested in your college name nor your name and also not in your CGPA
every one will get equal opportunity during the interview rounds
the interviews are mainly focoused on PROJECTS
(the want your resume with out your personal details even your name shoukd not be there )

It started with introduction and some basic technical qs based on resume and also simple data structures.
There were three rounds of interviews on the same day, with each round lasting an hour

Explain data structures and code any one data structure
About company and its products
Basic networking qs like what is firewall, router etc
It was 3 rounds process and they were eliminatory and it consists of problems related to networks data structures and algorithms and many other topics as well. Overall it was a tough interview
