Initially Cisco sent an hacker rank test and I completed the test successfully and next day I got call from HR and saying when can take up the f2f discussion.I asked Hr, is it possible to take through web ex for few rounds of discussion and HR said fine for that.They took 3 rounds of discussion in Web ex and one more round with manager with f2f and furtehr Hr discussion.

Interview

The interview consisted of a phone screen along after which I was virtually interviewed as I was from out of town. It consisted of interviews with 3 different engineers from the team that would be hiring me and the last round was with the hiring manager. The interview was mostly technical with some programming and C language-based questions.

Contractor position for software developer. 15 minutes early before the scheduled time. Register at the reception desk and wait for the interviewer to come out. On-site, 30 - 45 minutes. Three interviewers. Concepts and design pattern. Write code on the board. Find code improvements in a printout. Quick response for the interview result.
