Colgate-Palmolive CRM Manager interview questions

Poor candidate experience. The hiring process was 3 months long. Twice, they led me to believe they were about to make a final decision as they were «wrapping things up» and that I should hear from them the next day . they asked me to let them know if an offer was coming my way. Nothing came. 2 weeks later, I received an automated email with my name + the position I applied to automatically populated that I did not get the job. Amazing cooperate culture !
