The initial interview process was tedious, We were asked to join a Zoom call where recruiters would ask you questions like a panel interview alongside with your fellow applicants to hear. After the initial interview, I was informed that I was for a final interview and that they will call me instead. I received multiple emails promising my final interview date but I was never contacted for one.

Very easy especially those who don't have any experience, good for those who want to start a BPO career, all staffs and managers are kind. So, I highly recommended this company for those who don't have experience, initial assessment and final interview are easy to pass.
