This company has the worst follow-up SOP and a consistent practice of ghosting candidates both before and after the interview. For my first interview, I waited in front of my laptop for over an hour with zero communication, only to be told later that the hiring manager's team was 'too busy.' No prior notice, no apology — just radio silence until I followed up. It was not only unprofessional but also showed a complete lack of respect for candidates' time.
