Terrible. They micromanage you to death. Pay is terrible and there is no room for growth. Also since I left this company I cannot get another online job so I think they blackball as well.
Overall, not too difficult. The interviewer was friendly and asked typical behavioral questions, such as "Tell me about a time where you had to solve a problem." They also asked about my experience.

They have two session. Everything seems to be good and asked basic questions. It was a bit nervous but I think that's normal during interview. Interviewer gave scenarios and expect you to answer as a customer service ( FOLLOW YOUR JOB ROLE)
