Nem de entrevista isso pode ser chamado, juntamente mais de 300 pessoas numa call do teams, pedem pra cada um falar sobre si e mais nada. Agradecem e dispensam a pessoa dizendo que vai dar o retorno. Recebi com alguns dias um retorno negativo sem mais nem menos, fizeram apenas perguntas pessoais que não tinham nada a ver com o cargo, não perguntaram disponibilidade de horário, experiências, habilidades, nada. Recrutadores amadores e despreparados, parecia uma roda de fofoca.
