Interview
It was a one day process and you'll know the results right away. There is a initial interview and a final interview where they'll tell you about your salary and other information.
It was smooth and yes, they reprofile candidates who didn't make the first final interview. The interviewers where friendly which is to our advantage since it will take any nervousness off our system being felt at that time.

There are two process, first is the computer personality test second is the telephonic interview.
The first round is to check overall personallity, the HR round is to check how fluent you are in English, how efficiently you can deal with customers. A person who wants to join Concentrix must be very good in communication.
