I have nothing negatives to say about this company. I got my first job with them given that I don't have any work experience and also I am an undergraduate student. My first account with Concentrix was Telco, specifically Sprint now part of T-Mobile. And the interviews, exams, and mock calls were just so easy to answer.

It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
