It took one day and 3 rounds of interviews and it was average. They give online test and the check your communication whether you are good or bad. So it was quite good for me and finally I was given an offer.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

Question 1
They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
