fora 2 dias de seleção, no 1 dia foi realizado preenchimento de dados, uma prova de português e raciocínio logico e uma situação onde eu tinha de resolver um problema de um cliente, depois foi para etapa de digitação e no 2 dia foi a entrevista com o gestor e pessoas do rh.
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
