Interview
After sending my resume online, they contacted by phone to discuss the offer and schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was brief and was to see my employment history and check my language level. They also test your logic and during the interview process they are always here to help by phone or e-mail. Also offer a relocation package with hotel.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
