Realizei a candidatura online (via infojobs), eles enviaram um forms via e-mail para preenchimento, depois entraram em contato via whatsapp para algumas perguntas (nome completo, data de nasc, região, informações sobre a vaga) e agendar o processo seletivo online.
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview

Te deixam bem a vontade e te tratam com acolhimento e respeito.
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
