There would be several process in the interview. First they would ask about your background. They would ask you about yourself. Then they would ask about your work experience. They would also ask if you have boo experience
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
