The interview process is worst. There is a interviewer Vineet Trikha , he doesnt even know how to ask questions. Instead of asking questions to me he asked me from where did i buy the earrings so that he can buy for his wife

Going through resume and knowledge check about windows and adobe. Show know how to pitch in sales. Should know the technical parts of windows and Mac in order to clear the ops round
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
