During the prescreening, mostly basic questions like employment history, reason why you leave, expected salary, education, of you have some basic requirements. MULTIPLE ASSESSMENTS. more assessments if you are reprofiled to different account
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
