Everything was automated. The interview was done through series if tasks and a virtual recording of about you, you talk about yourself, skills etc. There is a typing proficiency test as well
They keep posting the job again and again. I am more than qualified for the job and have 1 year of experience in a technical support role. I applied for this role three times and every time they rejected my application. They seriously need to look for their HR. These company is trying to fool the job seeker.
