I had a group interview. We all applied for positions for the same project, but we had different languages(markets), some were there for customer support others for QA. We were about 10 around a table, and we were interviewed by the responsable of the launching project and someone from HR.
We played a role game, 1 being a customer and 1 a CSR.
Then we were separated by languages. And we were asked to briefly present ourselves in our language. For them to check our language and accent.
The interview felt not very difficult if you have some experience as a CSR and was able to speak a decent English or Spanish. Because the internal language was either English or Spanish.
