Concentrix Senior Operations Representative interview questions

Interview process was smooth and all the rounds were taken by very friendly managers. There was an initial round of HR screening post which there was a face to face round with one of the operations managers. Both of the rounds were taken online. Did not face any issues during the process and the recruiter had kept me informed of the timings.

The interview was tough as it took 30 min long. They keep on askig the questio to break you down to any point and judge you how capable you are.
