Concentrix Technical Support Engineer interview questions

1st they will take Intro round & then 2nd would be technical round, followed by HR round. Once done, you will be hired & on boarded. Later you need to go through training & after 3 months of training you will be on production.

Several questions via video interview. Then followed by background check and usual follow ups. I didn't have a drug test as the vendor did not require one. The entire process took about 3 1/2 weeks.
