The interview process was ok. I was reached out to be a recruiter on LinkedIn. I sent them my resume and didn't hear anything for two weeks - not even confirmation that they received my resume.
They interviewed me for an IT Project Manager position. It was two rounds via teams meets with only one person in the interview.
I received the job offer the day after my second interview. I have a PMP and 4 years experience. They offered me $83,000. The national average for 0 years experience is $101k. I also currently make more than $83k. I pointed this out to them and they wouldn't budge. This also less than the average for what project managers with 4 years experience make at their company. It's also less than any other IT project manager salary posted on Glassdoor at this company. I pointed all of these things out to them. I told them I received a competing offer for a more junior position for $104k (PayPal). They thought I should *still* take their $83k.
Their offer was a joke.
