Interview
I interviewed in Singapore office, I finished the paper quiz, and later on interviewed by QA Head. 2 weeks later I was invited to have 2nd round interviewed by HR.
This HR is a nightmare I've never met before, all I believe is that she was possibly bias to foreigners, all the questions were around why us, why continental Singapore, why and why .... until you can't answer. There was a time i think maybe she was doing stress interview but actually she was not!
She is not friendly, or looks like inimical, she even asked me some knowledge belonging to HR like contract, performance review etc. which I couldn't tell very well, then she told me what is what to show her professional! Lastly she told me 'I've interviewed many fresh graduate and i believe their answers are much better than you, you did't know before and you still don't want to know now?!' This is what a HR said, I have no words, felt like not respected! i was very upset at that time!
I guess maybe in her mind, she thought why foreigner come to Singapore to grab their jobs, That's what happened in Continental Singapore, not other countries. Other country maybe better.
Anyway, the last interview by continental Singapore HR is the worst, and it's the biggest reason i don't want to work for them. my current company culture is very friendly, it's like one in the heaven, one in the hell.

Why not doing your software, why come to hardware?
Is it common Chinese people work in Singapore for a while when go to United States, treating Singapore as a middle country?
