I applied online. First recruiter contacted me through phone . She asked standard questions including my salary expectations . I asked her twice if the my salary requirement is ok and if she could double check with team just in case . She said there is no need to check and that my salary is fine . Then I had two rounds of interviews and one writing assignment . At the end recruter told me that they decided to take another candidate because my salary expectations is above the budget . Like what a joke . This company has total disrespect towards candidate . Recruteur knew from beginning that my salary is too high and openly lied when I asked about it . I spent hours on writing that written analysis and another few hours to prepare and pass oral interviews . Such a list of time . I would not recommend this company . They have awful hiring practices.
