The HR people are really friendly and the interviewers, very understanding, humble and engaging. The whole company structure and organization is explained in detailed and all questions from the interviewee to the interviewer were entertained in a friendly manner.

Interview
The initial interview would be with the HR. If you passed, you will be endorsed in a panel interview with the management team. In that panel interview, there will be activities and you will be alongside other possible graduate trainees to see which among you could be chosen well.
online interivew with standard questions e.g. why are you applying for this, tell me an instance where you overcame an obstacle, what achievement are you most proud of then followed with a phone interview as well.

Interview
The process was smooth. There were questions on the history of DHL and the specific department that the job was in. A few personality screening questions too. The logical and maths questions were already done online.
