Het assessment is ook zeer uitvoerig, voorbereidingstijd was zeker en vast noodzakelijk. Nadien kreeg je feedback van de recruiter. De gesprekken met de de managers en GM's waren op zich vrij eenvoudig.

Screening interview over the phone followed by a zoom interview. After the zoom interview with a manager, they ask you to come on site for a visit and then there is one final interview with the head of EHS at Daikin.

The interview wasn't bad. Its based on what your department you are interning in. It usually has some HR people & some managers or directors from your area. Questions are fairly easy, not too technical.
