I never applied but a Recruiter reached out to me through indeed. We had a screen call and I went through 3 rounds of interviews with 5 different people- could have easily been a panel interview instead. By the final round the scope of the role changed. So the third interview was done over a 3 way phone call. I should have declined the third round but I really wanted the role and was willing to go through even though I’m completely against these multiple rounds of interviews as it doesn’t create a positive experience. The recruiter emailed me after the final interview to ask me how I felt I did but I never heard anything back from him.

On fait des entretiens, ca se passe bien, et soit on est pas rappelé (alors qu'il était convenu que l'on se rappelle sous 15 jours), soit on fait un super entretien mais en réalité celui ci était deja pourvu en interne. RIEN de sérieux
