They don't tell you about the work process and they breaks are ridiculous they don't tell you everything up front there workers could be more trained very rude saw fighting there and the machine is set to a pace that your not allowed to change it and they yell at you for going to slow when it's obviously not the workers fault

Panel Interview with 6 Engineers and the HR Manager. Each person was able to ask questions. Most were situational based with others being related to my experience and expectations. They were very transparent about expectations and work environment.
Great, asking about our character and past experience in details, not much questions about sales in general since I think they will provide training for it after all. Have to ask them also in detail about the positions so you can understand more about how they work
