Started with an introduction to the firm. The activities involved having to describe and market another applicant, to prepare to an impending natural disaster and to improve store profitability of one of their products. Lots of people on the panel (8-10) and many demanding questions. Employers seemed friendly and approachable.

I applied online and the next day i got a call from one of the representatives who wanted to interview me, questions like tell me about yourself, why decathlon, what are your hobbies, why management, where do you see yourself in 5-10 years?
