It was a one on one interview with the HR Manager. We briefly discussed my past employment history and also my passion for sports. It was a very good conversation between us
Easy to Crack. No education or technical knowledge needed. Need to be sporty and fit. Good communication skills .... asked me about my personal life. My journey and why i want want to to join the company
Applications are usually initially made based on recommendations from colleagues. This is followed by a two-stage interview process. If the first interview with the head of the sports department is successful, a second interview is conducted with the store manager, and the process is evaluated.
