Interview
I heard about the job through a current employee. Got contacted by recruiter mid April for a quick phone screen, mostly behavioral questions and what technical skills do I possess.
I was then invited to complete an online assessment to gauge my technical skills. Most questions were regarding storage, databases, networks and network troubleshooting. Two weeks after completing the online assessment I was invited to a panel interview. I did the interview and got the job offer a couple days after, a good offer :D
Overall the process was very enjoyable, believe me I have been interviewing for multiple companies for the past months. Everyone was super friendly and lay back and really want you to succeed.

Interview
Firstly one has to face a jam round in which you have to speak on any topic for a minute. In this round your coomunication will be checked and later if you qualify this round you will have one written test in which some aptitude questions will be there and after this also u will have some technical test (offline) based on linux,os,sql followed by two questions based on situations like being as a technical support engineer what are you going to do if your companie's product has some fault and the customer wants some solution from you(this is just an example u will have quite different question) etc.......again after qualifying this you have a technical round followed by an hr round.

Interview
1st Telephone Interview by Recruiter, 2nd on site - series of Lab Scenarios to complete ranging in difficulty. The recruiter asked basic questions on where and when employed and why wanting to leave. Scenarios were all based on Microsoft Windows platforms.
