First you need to go through the apt test, which is but cut-e and is not difficult. Then you will receive the invitation to the Assessment Centre followed by manager interview very soon. As there is huge number of application, you don't have to worry when you hear your friends say they got an invitation.

Application I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Deloitte (Hong Kong (Hong Kong)) in April 2016. Interview It was a group exercise. We had 8 people in our group and the major past was a case study followed by brief introduction. Before the interview was an online test, which was not hard. And the process didn't take long.
