Assessment center where you do various psychometric tests similar to the ones done online, followed by a group exercise, which is not particularly challenging but it is more about how you get a long with your group and how you can make yourself stand out. A final interview follows if you are successful with usually a partner sometimes 2 partners. They were very friendly and it felt more like a conversation than an interview, you can ask them questions, the goal is to see if your are personable and would be a good fit to the firm.
