Interview
After filling out the application form, the Deloitte HR emailed me several times about my A-level equivalent and GCSE equivalent scores in details. It took about one and a half months, after that, I accessed to stage 2. It consists of lots of questions, 4 or 5 questions are a set that gives you a certain working context. I had done numerical questions and verbal questions by seeking pieces of evidence from several materials. Stage 3 is quite hard for me because there were lots of video questions with limited time.
First you are asked to do a online test (numerical, english and behavioural), then you do an interview with human resources. The next interview is with a manager and the last one with a partner. All the interviews are barely technical. Most of the question are behavioural.
