I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deloitte (Mumbai) in Sep 2022
Interview
The interviewer was not at all interested in taking the interview. He was dull and tired. The questions for all the candidates were also the same. He seemed distracted throughout the interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Sacramento, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Applied In February through their website, I had no referral. I applied for GPS analyst. Recruiter reached out in the end of April to set up an interview. Placed me in the Business Tech profile of gps analyst (im an environmental science major LOL). I have 2 rounds of interviews. 30 min behavioral and 30 minute case interview. For the first round, the interviewer didn't have his camera on which was weird but sort of eased my nerves a little?! Anyways he asked me generic behavior questions. He literally read them off a piece of paper he said. We connected a little bit but it felt pretty avergae. My case interview was so good. The guy shared his screen with the entire case and case questions so I didn't have to rapidly write down anything. I was able to answer all the questions very well, and he gave me instant positive feedback which made me calm down a bit. 4 days later I get an email to schedule a 2nd round with a partner. This one was a bit tougher for the behavioral and case but still super manageable. The behavior was more specific and asked things like "how can the government use technology? Why GPS?" Luckily I prepared those answers so it was chill. The case interview was all verbal. I asked one clarifying question and he basically told me every little additional detail so that was super nice. Said my answer was good. Said I will get an offer/rejection in 2 weeks. Got a verbal offer 7 business days later from my recruiter!! To prepare for the BUSINESS TECH cases I looked at deloittes website, along with googling "Tech case interview" and the website from "hackingthecaseinterview" had amazing resources and additional practice cases. Also Christine Wong on youtube has incredible tech consulting resources to prepare. Luckily if its on zoom you can have a few notes. I know a friend who only prepared 8 hours for the case interview and got the job. I heavily over prepared but it was worth it cause I felt really confident and not nervous.

Interview
Two round interview. Both involve casing and behavioral. The casing was not too bad, just organize your thoughts by people, processes, and productivity. The behavioral was very conversational. Just speak about your experiences and show how well rounded you are.
