Sehr schöne freundliche Atmosphäre. Die Fragen bezogen sich darauf, warum Sie denken, dass Sie ein guter Berater sein können, in Verbindung mit Ihrer bisherigen Erfahrung und Ausbildung. Wenn man das sehr gut vorbereitet, sollte es gut klappen. Rechnen Sie mit mindestens 2 Gesprächsrunden.

It was okay. Deloitte has some nice people in their hiring team, so the conversation is fun. The eventual offer which i received after 3 interviews was not great at 40-45k for 40 hours.

Pré-sélection : Analyse du CV et de la lettre de motivation pour évaluer l’adéquation du candidat avec le poste.
Entretien RH : Discussion sur le parcours, les motivations et la culture du cabinet.
Étude de cas : Résolution d’un problème concret pour tester les capacités analytiques, la structuration et la réflexion critique.
Entretien technique (si applicable) : Vérification des compétences spécifiques en data, blockchain, ETL ...
Entretien avec un manager : Évaluation du fit culturel et des capacités de leadership.
Retour et offre : Feedback final.
