Interview

Second Round - In-Person Interview and Modelling Test: In this stage, candidates attend an in-person interview, which often includes a modelling test. This test assesses your analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in handling data and building financial models.
Third Round - Partner Interview: The final round is a more senior-level interview with a Deloitte partner. This interview focuses on assessing your fit within the company culture, your leadership qualities, and your potential contribution to the firm.

Had multiple rounds, mostly behavioral. Initial screening by a sr Mgr followed by 2 rounds with other Sr managers and 1 final round with a Partner.Had a pleasant experience with all of them, did not encounter anything tricky. Case study was quite straightforward.
