Interview
I met with Deloitte interviewers via Teams, I met with two individuals in the company (Both managers). They each asked generic questions and did not seem particularly interested in getting to know me. When they asked if I had any questions they asked in a tone that implied, "you don't need to ask me anything, I just need to get back to work." During the interview, I knew I would not be accepting the offer if I received it.

What experience do you have at this point in accounting?
The interview process was professional and well-organized. It started with an initial HR screening where they asked about my background, availability, salary expectations, and interest in Deloitte. After that, I had a technical and behavioral interview with the team. They asked about my previous experience, how I handle pressure, and how I would work with clients in a fast-paced consulting environment. Overall, the difficulty was average.

They asked me why I wanted to join Deloitte and how my skills and previous experience would help me succeed as an Associate in Dubai.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Interview
Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
