The Deloitte interview process involves an online application, possible aptitude tests, HR screening, technical or case interviews, and final behavioral interviews to assess fit, skills, and motivation. Its great and appears very professional
The interview process began with a video interview that covered behavioral questions and basic technical concepts, including SQL and data interpretation. This was followed by a face-to-face interview involving a detailed case study, scenario-based problem solving, and in-depth technical questions on joins, query optimization, and dynamic SQL. The final round assessed cultural fit and communication skills.
