Deloitte Risk Advisory interview questions

I was recommended the role through a recruiter. The interview was done in 2 stages: 1st Stage: 1 hour - Interview with member of team - Competency based questions (based on hard and soft skills) 2nd Stage: 1 hour - Interview with Director of team - Business challenge where I had to present on a topic for 5 mins and then a Q+A session for 15 mins after - Culture based questions, more of a conversation to see if it was a right fit

I had a digital interview with Deloitte which I thought went pretty well. Questions were: Talk about your background and why you want to work for this role? Why Deloitte and risk advisory? A time where you went above and beyond your role and took initiative? I didn't get a call back for an in person interview, and I didn't get a rejection email until two months later, which I feel is an extremely long time to wait before you reject someone, especially if its for an internship.
