About a 2 hour process. Talk to three different people plus whatever recruiter you previously worked with. I had two partners and a manager. One of mine was very awkward and I had to carry the conversation. Try to be personable and fun and you will be fine. They were looking more for conversation then for you to sit there and just answer the questions. I got a call back day of my interview with an offer doing it that way.
