First a quick phone interview. If you move on, assessment center is split up into four sections: group case study, behavioral, case study, and technical. About 4 hours total. All Managing directors in the individual interviews.

It wasn't that difficult, first round was mostly behavioral but I got asked about the financial market and I was also asked to pitch a stock. Second round this is super day had two parts, a case study interview and a behavioral+technical interview
