I applied online. The form asked about previews work experience and about your knowledge of your division of choice ( challenges in the industry, the role of the division, what makes you a good candidate). No tests - I understand these are given after the first interview. First interview already at DB in London (so no video interview or anything). It was mostly competency based, but they did ask things about what happens in the industry right now.
