It was very cheerful and knowledgeable. I did two interviews. First one was with Tamara and second one was with Adrian. They both give you all the information you would need about the company, benefits, and pay. I had no questions at the end of the interview.

Question 1
Q: How would you feel if a customer was using bad language/cursing at you? How would you handle it?
Q: Talk about a time when you had to take constructive criticism and how you handled it.
Q: What is your process of de-escalating a call?
Each role involves 3–4 rounds of interviews with different interviewers. The process appears to lack consistency and may be biased, as recruiters do not seem to consider previous feedback before deciding to proceed with further interviews for different roles.
Very great interview experience it was two rounds one phone and one video call the recruiter was very pleasant and informative this job had a lot to offer and room for growth
