The process was very laid back. I felt like I had known the recruiters forever. They made me feel very comfortable and usually I hate interviews. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and was the only one I had to complete. I was offered a position on the spot.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Discover (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2023
Interview
In total 5 rounds of interview , 3 behavioral and 2 Technical . it was distributed among 2 weeks . I have seen many people getting offer in just 2 interviews for similar positions but only of you have a good source inside . Many and yes many of these interviewers are either backdoor entries or contractors turned full timers . I sense some TCS kinda scam here too . Someone should start looking at same .

Interview
HR screening then Technical Round followed by managerial rounds. In Technical round, he didn't turn on his camera and very distractive not sure what he is asking some are very basic questions and some are very tricky. I had really bad experience but i am sure the questions he asked are not relevant to the work.
