When you first apply you are sent an assessment to complete. After that you’ll receive an email for a phone interview. If you pass that you’ll have a second interview with the hiring manager. After that, you’ll receive your offer.

Interview
Overall standard - recruiter screen, hiring manager, then other stakeholders. However, with the C1 merger things got messy. I was told to give my availability for the next 2 weeks for the stakeholder interviews. Then that time would go by and I'd send another 2 week availability. Then the recruiter was out for like a month and got back to me saying thanks for your patience, the merger is making things hard.. then got a rejection 2 days later.
Straightforward and collaborative. Essentially it was a meeting with the hiring manager and their director in which goals and processes were discussed. There was no panel, it was effectively a working session.
