Interview
Ghost job. I applied and a few weeks later I was contacted by the recruiter via email. She told me that the position could be remote which was great because I don’t live in IL. She also told me that the salary I requested she could give me an additional 10k and she also warned me the company was being bought out but compliance shouldn’t be affected. So I moved forward with the interview process. I interviewed with the manager, he told me I did great, we had similar experience and that he rates me a yes. He also told me I was the top 5 out of 40 people and they had to narrow it down to 3 candidates for an offer which sound like great odds to me. He wanted me to interview with 2 of his peers. What I didn’t like is I found out his 2 peers would not be people I would work with at all so not sure why their opinion mattered. Anyway I interviewed with them, one of them was very cold and seemed like she was disengaged like her time was being wasted. The other lady wasn’t bad. I sent everyone thank you emails. A month goes by and I get an auto rejection. And a few days after that they reposted the job…Months went by and they reposted the job again. So I figured out they were never hiring to begin with it was all a joke.
First round was telephonic
Second was HR
Third was Technical
Cleared all 3 but there was no offer given. No answer as to why dismissed.
Technical interview was rescheduled 2 times
Cleared all three very nicely, but no offer.
Also no reason provided for the demissial

The interview process was extremely easy. The recruiter was super nice as well. They asked few questions that consisted of the STAR method and was offered a job on the spot.
