Docusign Account Executive interview questions

Rushed Not very thorough No concise feedback given Roleplay, presentation and Q&A carried out in 1 hour Compared to other interview processes for similar roles in the industry this is a very unthorough process. Received an offer for a larger company in this industry and the overall interview process took 4hours compared to 2 hours in docusign. They requested to much info for a 1 hour interview. They expect a roleplay, interview and Q&A in an hour. Everything was rushed. I really don't understand how you can get a complete picture of a candidate in such a quick process.

Recruiter screen, phone call with manager, then separate conversations with VP's. Ended with a presentation to several DocuSign employees. Presentation involved doing a role play and walking through the DocuSign Agreement Cloud.
