      Senior Project Manager Interview

      Feb 13, 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Seattle, WA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2019

      Interview

-Applied Online -Recruiter Phone Call -Hiring Manager Phone Call -VP Phone Call -Team Member Phone Call -Onsite Interview Loop (Hiring Manager, VP, and a panel of Sr. Manager/Team Member) The recruiter let me know that the hiring manager appreciates well thought out questions for her, and I took the time to really think about what I wanted to get out of the interviews and a method of asking the questions in a way that allowed me to stand out and get the information I needed. Most of the interviews started off with my quick 10 minute elevator pitch as to why I am perfect for the role as described in the job description, followed by standard questions asking about specific situations I had faced before, or how I would approach fictional (or not so fictional) situations, followed by a candid discussion around specific tool and technologies and my experiences with them. Finally the last 1/3 of the meeting was time for me to ask my questions.

      Senior Product Manager Interview

      Jun 17, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Docusign in May 2026

      Interview

Talent acquisition was very nice and honest. Gave “inside scoop” even more than a typical TA/recruiter. Benefits are good — High parental leave (6 months?!) and 401k matching. But they don't make up for a low salary and being hybrid (factoring commute costs into total comp). Later interviews sucked. People were harsh and cold — unfairly critical just to look good in front of their boss. Clearly they have not calibrated. Finally, they threw too many curveballs — (1) their homework was OVERLY VAGUE, even more than a typical PM homework (2) less than 24 hours to complete (3) DIDN’T SHOW UP to the prep call. If an interview is a signal to how real work is here, then … People give you vague directions. People criticize you when you make assumptions to make it less vague. People get angry ***because you didn’t read their mind.*** Clearly they’d rather see you in stressful situations than at your best. Punishment over encouragement. A toxic work environment. Finally, a severe lack of diversity — everyone I interviewed with the same gender.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

As Docusign scales to large enterprise customers — companies with hundreds of thousands to millions of documents across multiple systems — this one-size-fits-all approach is becoming a meaningful friction point and a blocker for enterprise adoption.

      Aug 4, 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Docusign

      Interview

      1. Recruiter screening 2. Hiring Manager interview 3. Director Interview 4. Interview with a team member 5. Presentation to a panel All of the interviewers were extremely personable and nice, they really put in the effort to make it more of a back and forth conversation and reduce stress from interviews as much as possible. I received follow ups with feedback much quicker than I could've hoped for after each interview as well, and this was greatly appreciated. Overall- very positive experience interviewing on this team and enjoyed getting to learn about their org and work.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me about a time where you were on a project that was off track or not "green" and how did you handle it or bring it back on track?

It was pretty straightforward. The first round was with the recruiter. The second round was with the hiring manager. The last round was with multiple stakeholders. The team is very professional. I enjoyed the process overall.
